Akim of the district

Dulat Zaisanbekuly Kazhanov Dulat Zaisanbekuly Kazhanov was born in 15 of June in 1984 in the city of Zaisan of the East Kazakhstan region. His nationality is Kazakh.
He has got a higher education. In 2007 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov by the specialty of "Manager of state and local government". In 2011 he got the qualification on the specialty "Economics".
2007-2009 the leading specialist of the department for the implementation of the state policy for the development of entrepreneurship of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the East Kazakhstan region.
2009-2010 chief expert of the sector of analysis of the agro-industrial and production complex of the organizational and inspection department of the akim’s administration of the East Kazakhstan region.
2010-2013 akim’s assistant of the East Kazakhstan region.
2013-2018 deputy akim of the Ulan district of the East Kazakhstan region.
Since 13th September 2018 akim of Kurchum district of the East Kazakhstan region.

Job responsibilities:
Direct management of activity of district Akim's staff, coordinating the work of district agencies, committees, departments, associations, enterprises and akims of rural districts on economic and social development of the district. General management of the national security Committee in the district, the district military Commissariat, the Department of internal Affairs, district Finance Department, justice, civil defense and emergency situations. The execution of budget of the district, use of Finance. The appointment and dismissal of heads of departments, employees of the akim of district, akims of rural districts. Approval of candidates of heads of regional bodies at the regional and Republican budget. Coordinates the activities of law enforcement agencies.
